At Christmas Luces, Jouets and More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Some products, such as personalized or digital items, may not be eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mwalt2020@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
